I’m not even sure how many knives there are in the United States, but why aren’t there at least 83 million stabbings?

I’m not dodging anything, I’m trying to make you think a little more deeply. There are over 83 million gun owners in the United States. If it’s really the guns as you say, why aren’t there 83 million shootings?

I’m not saying it’s a mental health issue, although it is a contributing factor. I’m just saying you can’t blame it on the weapon of choice. When you do, you’re glossing over the person doing the crime. Why did the person do what they did?

I did answer your question, just not in the way you wanted.

That is the $64,000 question.

The first 3 words in your post: “it’s the guns” genius.

So… fire them both.

I thought it was the shooters.

And they ban guns at their venues using armed security. You must really hate kids not to want them to have the same security.

It’s not that they don’t want to keep guns out, guns are very prevalent in federal buildings. They just don’t want you, or me, to have a gun in that space.

When I say it’s not a gun issue, I’m saying it’s a much deeper issue. Maybe a morality issue?

As an example; the North Carolina stabbing. Why was it the one guy that decided to stab the girl? Most of the people on the train had at least 1 knife at their homes? Why didn’t they feel the need to start stabbing?

Just using Charlie Kirk as an example; why was it the 1 guy and not any of the other several hundred people in attendance? Gun laws applied to all who were there, IMO most people in attendance had at least 1 gun in their homes, but they didn’t feel the need to start shooting.
