She is normally the flirty/sassy one, but he is the only one who always uses reverse uno card and immediately flusters her. So it's more like... there is mutual attraction but they are on different sides of a conflict so kind of...enemies? xD; something like that! It's just vibes with them so far!

Her name is Mey and he is Ramus :D; She is a succubus/demon and he is a battle angel! She is the more fleshed out one cause I've used her in some RP settings in the past ...but this poor guy I haven't rotated him for nearly 15 years xD;; He is getting some revamping. (he was originally a vampire!)

I hit 250+ ping from what I saw xD;; up until DT is fine but the DT dungeons and trials have really been a test of my reflexes haha I guess also cause less muscle memory there but yeah, like you said, it doesn't matter that much at the end.

Yeaah... ditto. On top of playing from europe on US server, savage is absolutely frustrating. Back when servers were in Canada I had slightly better ping, but once they moved, it was like, nope xD;; the test cloud servers were so good, tho. Idk why we couldn't keep 'em. T^T

Big same xD;; gone are the days when I'd farm ex trials on release... I don't have that kinda grindy mindset anymore nor the attention capacity to calculate where to move and how to stand while 5 things happen at once.

I think that's more in a raid environment and less so in roulettes! But I could be wrong. I'm not going to lose sleep over being less relevant class, so it's not that big of a deal for me :'D;;;

Gosh, same... T^T I can't tell if my muscle memory is gone or I'm just old now. xD I'm not a fan of the whole calculate mechanics like some math puzzle on top of dodge and trying not to fall ... in story dungeons and trials... but I think it's just me. xD;;;

Anyway, that was my return to FF14 experience. xD I need to run some trusts to refresh my memories of the dungeons... cause oh boy... no forgiveness if you fail a dodge.

The mechanics are not harder - they just need faster reactions, and it's giving me, personally, rough time with my 250 ping on top of struggling to try and keep an eye on the surroundings. I have no suggestions on how to change/improve. I just feel rusty.

It's not like it discouraged me to heal, but it does feel a bit less rewarding when you do perform well. All healing jobs feeling relatively the same is a bit more discouraging to me. I miss how AST was a speedy buffer/time mage.... u.u

Which reminded me... is it me or healers do feel kinda obsolete? On one hand, less anxiety/guaranteed reset if bad healer, on the other hand... why are we here? xD;; Tanks can heal themselves just fine!

I apologized so many times cause I kept dying on the bosses. My reflexes were shit. I could heal just fine, but so many instant death/fall mechanics I couldn't react on time at all, and I had forgotten everything. OTL;; I felt so bad for the party. They absolutely carried me on the boss fights.

never put more than 75% effort into a single page. Save the major background for the establishing shot and imply the rest through gradients, color blurs if you have to.

If a background doesn't add anything you couldn't tell the story without, you might not need one. several jobs for one person!
