Gambits on means they will use the gambits you have set automatically. So Fran will heal anytime someone gets to 50% health and if 3 enemies show up ashe will use shades of black. All you have to do is sit back and watch

Shes my healer. She will heal anyone once they hit 50% hp and steal from anyone who hast been hurt yet. Blinda, poisona, vox, and handkerchief will only be used once an ally is inflected with the corresponding status effect. Attack is always last so it never overrides anything

Shes my physical attacker. She only attacks. Shades of black casts a random black magic spell so basically it's a rng gamble if it actually does aoe or not. I don't need libra mid fight so I wait to cast it after battle.
