improve services/standards
It's a multiskilled difficult job & so rewarding if you're also paid well, respected & that includes high standards of progressive training

It's so hard isn't it, yes, i can see how this definitely applies to disabled people as well. Knowing to support vs step in as you say is the key. Thank you so much for reading it 💜
