It feels stupid and entitled to be upset about this but I literally wait ALL FUCKING YEAR to eat this stuff. So yes it's important to ME but I don't expect everyone else to feel that way, which is why I NEVER accept plans to eat at others home bc if the meal is fucked up I will tell you!

And I'm excited to see them but I'd be lying if this really isn't bothering me! Weeks of asking to put a GC together so we can plan, offering to make the meal myself, even debating if we should have it catered all to land on fucking curry and plantains I eat normally!? UGH!!!
