It's a matter of fact, when Russia LEAVES, peace talks will be possible. It's putin's desire to delay, postpone and refuse to agree to Ukraine 's demands. Putin attempted to assassinate Zelensky recently. It is not the behavior of a person who honestly wants an end to this invasion.
