My local store started selling okonomiyaki kits, so I bought one and tried it out. Came out surprisingly good!
SUGGESTIONS: Buy a 10-oz. bag of shredded cabbage (used for cole slaw) rather than shedding your own cabbage.
Also, furikake seasoning and Kewpie mayo are great to top this with.
