It's 100% crowdsourced so if you see some that are missing there are some steps on the website to show you how add them (once you are sure it's really an #ALPR).
There's also a mobile app now too which can be used offline.

Looks like perhaps Neology or PIPS?
Flock were founded in 2017 so 2019 is not really old school. They're all mass surveillance devices now, collecting and storing data continuously so there are no "good" brands.

Thanks for the clarification. This has been happening more often recently as people have become aware of the mapping project and started adding cameras for the first time. Hopefully we can get those reviewed by someone local.
