I’m still not sure who this helps. Even the employer class wants their employees to get the jab so that they’re not out sick. Having their companies become super-spreader sites again doesn’t help them.

It definitely feels like the tariffs are being used to apply pressure to US companies that rely on imports to force them to do trumps bidding. Just look at the companies that have won exemptions and what they’ve given him politically.

The first one I actually built for myself, though, was a Celeron 333 back in the day. It eventually ended up being water cooled with a TEC under the water block. One night it blue screened which halted the processor. It got cold enough that condensation formed and then shorted the motherboard.

It was an off brand 286. I’d gotten in trouble for making my Mom’s 486 all magical fun colored and then forgetting the settings password… so it was a bit of a “maybe it’s time to get her her own computer”

Mushrooms are my big red-line food ingredient. I won’t even eat around them like I can manage for other ingredients. It just kills the dish outright.
