Okay last one for now: took a class with my daughter through our handy dandy public library and learned about acrylic painting! We both did this egg painting, and it was entertaining as hell. We painted until like 1am and there were lots of laughs and some mild rage as we tried and failed a LOT 😅

This prompt was "Wizard's Staff" so I drew my current favorite staff from World of Warcraft 🧙🏻‍♂️

Sort of doing these out of order, but taking this back 10+ years for a dumb meme throwback for this drawing prompt (mostly to avoid trying to draw an actual zombie) 🧟😅

Bought one of those art prompt books because I had gotten a bit stuck/didn't know where to go/what to learn next and I figured I could benefit from just drawing as often as possible! This prompt was "waterfall" and I straight up stole this hex (the general outline) from someone I like a bunch 💜

First time trying to draw something without taking a "class." 👀 Found a photo of my favorite animal and tried to draw it with colored pencils. Fighting the urge to be self-deprecating and make bad jokes. I think I will occasionally try to draw this one until I improve and feel more comfortable 😊

Drawing class 3 - BIRD! This one was tough, and I spent way too long doing and re-doing and had to eventually call it quits so I didn't lose my actual mind 🤯 I do love my little bird friend, though!

Drawing class #2 done, and I did things differently from the instructor (and the photo), but I'm pretty okay with how it turned out. Lots to learn, but this has been fun as hell. Maybe I will do art after all! ❤️✏️

I did have fun doing it all, and just coloring/practicing shading UNTIL that pineapple. I've never hated an object more. 😭😂
