I was invited to present and describe how #functionaltraits can be used to document changes in #ecosystemfunction in response to disturbance. We need to ‘turn existing data into insight’ and ‘move beyond species’ to inform marine spatial planning with a focus on safeguarding ecosystem services. 🌏🧪🦑

Had a great time meeting with my fellow CDTSuMMeR PhD cohort and seeing how our projects have progressed.
