I keep seeing ads telling people to access their home equity without refinancing! Raised the question - if it's equity, it should be like a savings account. Why does it have to be repaid with high interest?

It'll be an uphill battle if they elect Klobuchar to governor! She's a PROSECUTOR with a hang 'em high mentality and was way too happy being the organizer for the Trump inauguration parties.
