Thanks Eric! I printed with Tiger Printing, and they've been great to work with so far: tigerprinting.hk

If you backed this on Kickstarter, we're aiming to fulfill in February.

For everyone else, it'll be in stores soon after!

That's from HOME (2024) by Nick G .of @deepdark.games. You can play solo or up to four players. It is *very* good and is one of my favorite games to recommend.

Thanks for buying HOME! I hope you enjoy it.

During MECH WEEK I wrote about the role of pilots in mech games, using HOME: MECH x KAIJU by @deepdark.games as the example: www.skeletoncodemachine.com/p/mech-week-...

It looks amazing, Brian. Great job on the design (and the website too!).

It's been a labour of love (remind me to not commit to drawing 50 rocks for my next game...), but I'm really excited to share it with people!

Thanks to all the folks who provided feedback along the way, especially Atopia's WIP Wednesday group.

The core game loop involves navigating to distant stars and exploring planets that could be your new home.

I wanted each star spread to feel like you were there, looking at your potential new sun.

Mixing the stellar landscapes with "old scientific book" took a few attempts to get right!

It's also important to me that my books are really useable, and never a barrier to actually playing the game.

This means having a good flow, letting the layout breathe, and making it really easy for the facilitating player to run the game.
