Tea saga update - laughable. Will UPS ever deliver? Who knows. The tea company refunded me weeks ago with an apology, which is great, thanks. Big fuck you to UPS though. 4 months of failure. Not only ruined my birthday treat but also damaged my trust in ever ordering from my fave tea store again.

The fact that this card doesn't say "you make me wheek at the knees" is a travesty!

My partner is away and apparently he's the only thing stopping me from a full descent into cosy spinster territory. Baking muffins, growing sprouts, and scooping litter is how my week is going. Is it too soon to revive the sourdough hobby too...? And where did I leave my crochet hooks!

The weather is good we spent the afternoon out on a walk. Decided to pick up dinner when we got home because you gotta balance activity with laziness. We got there 10 mins after they technically closed but they were nice enough to still serve us! Wexford is Bestford.

Stop scanning it and Just fucking SEND IT TO ME. Their customer service number when called says that it doesn't accept calls. Their ai chatbot tells me to use my tracking number to find out where my parcel is. My email got an automated reply two days ago and no resolution. Giant WTF at UPS. 🫠

Today's sewing workshop went well - I made a zippered pouch with a lining and pocket! 🪡💪

I made matcha white chocolate cookies and they are delicious! I used less sugar and half the chocolate and my teeth still feel like they're going to drop out of my mouth, but yum anyway.

Went to watch rugby with some (new-ish) friends this afternoon. Did I have to Google who the six nations in the Six Nations were? Yes! But was it fun and did we (Ireland) win? Double yes!

Nice walk around Tintern today. Bit breezy and a little farther than anticipated, but I'm sure we'll all sleep well tonight after that 😄
