Sydneysider, inner westie, parent to zoomers. I'd rather live in a functioning society than pay less tax.

I've been very clear about that.
She can't resist trying to find a new negative line on the hated "Labor". Why on earth are taxpayers funded crap like this?

Why do we pay for this sh*t?

President Trump claims "remigration" will increase domestic harmony, Democrats dispute this. Here's what we know.

Remember #ABC4Corners did an episode called "Defining Dutton" where they accused anyone making fun of him of being an elitist sob. Plus, the whole episode was about this enigma of a man, who had actually been in politics for decades and everybody knew exactly who he was.

I've had my phone for two years and it works fine. Plus, a new Pixel is pretty much the same as the one I've got. The only difference is that the equivalent model now cost almost $2k AUD which I'm not prepared to pay.

This has been thrown around by Zionist cooker types for years. The fact is they got the name from the book House of Dolls which was written by a Holocaust survivor. It was a classic band name moment Bernard Sumner opened the book at random page and there was the new name.

He's a sweaty little weirdo, and not particularly bright. He became fabulously wealthy by being in the right place at the right time during the dot com boom and decided that he must be a genius ... Very similar to Elon Musk.

They still have the mainstream media fawning all over them. Imagine if we had real journalism?

So they want us to take less immigrants or they want less Australians to immigrate to the US?

I didn't think you were. I actually stopped watching #ABC after its grotesque coverage of Gaza. So, hence my explanation ... People who know me know that I don't watch.

You have a great night too ...

I just happened to walk through the room while it was on. They were talking about the use of consultancies in govt, in a positive way, interviewing an economist with a background in the big consultancies. I said to my wife "This is BS," and walked out.

I still have my Man From U.N.C.L.E. car that my grandmother bought me in Roselands Shopping Centre when I went to stay with her.

Yep. There definitely needs to be some mechanism in place to stop capture by the consultants. So often they're just rolling out off the shelf software. I just don't see how they can bill for that much work, it's bordering on corruption.
November 23, 2025 at 5:10 AM
Any investigative journalists out there should look at potential collusive relationships between the consultants and the big tech companies whose products they always seem to recommend (even though they're clearly not fit for purpose).
November 23, 2025 at 1:30 AM
Once you sign on one of the big consultancies it's pretty much guaranteed that the cost will double, if not triple. The management end up captured by the consultants and undergo something like online radicalization...
