Hi. Barely been cooking. Been inside sulking when I’m not working. Depression a mf. But I did this cola braised beef cheek with mascarpone and Gruyere polenta with onions and jalapeños some time ago and since y’all the only social I got for now I figured y’all should see because I’m proud of it.
