one of the very annoying things about simultaneous depression/adhd is that i can never tell if i just dont have the energy to go out and do shit (fgc/tcg locals), if i dont want to, or if im just feeling low bc im depressed and the right answer is to make myself go anyway

The cool thing about my job is you sometimes just learn basic shit that you've missed all this time, and it just makes your life soooo much easier. I found out that wiztree + handbrake are programs that exist in the past 3 months 😭
