Maybe it's not in SMUD territory? This is what good government should be for. If PG&E were owned by the state (by us, the people) then we could build solar where it makes sense to, and deliver that power to where it needs to be.

The national media needs to cover Pete Hegseth’s high school. School board is trying to do same thing to remove ban on hate symbols. My son goes to that district and just had swastika on his desk a few days ago. Chair of school board has “dukes of hazzard” car.
