I’m a poll supervisor. I ALWAYS vote & I can tell U exactly how process works. In MO we already have early voting, mail-in voting, picture ID requirements, & paper ballots. The machine only tallies # of paper ballots in & out. We turn in ballots 2 Courthouse, # of ballots MUST match machine count.
