Trans people deserve to live freely, without political interference.

I think Americans are realizing that democracy is a participation sport, and the the government is ours if we want it to be. I feel like we got complacent and hoped some other third party would do the work for us. Seems like we have to learn that lesson every generation.

When I went to schedule my Covid booster, it looked like I was ineligible. Asthma isn’t listed anymore as an eligible diagnosis. I went anyway, and I got the shot. I was ready to make some noise and glad I didn’t have to.
