My son got married at the weekend and it was truly the most joyful day of my life. Complete with a north v south cricket match between the ceremony and reception 😂

Little cycle through the forest into Brussels today. Cherry blossom, lovely parks and the EU. It's remarkable how bicycle friendly this country is. From bridges that span major roads to cycle lanes right through the city.

A wonderful Early Years conference today at BSB celebrating the rights of the child to puposeful and playful learning that is developmentally appropriate. Bravo @estheroconnor.bsky.social for organising and thank you @earlyexcellence.bsky.social for providing such great speakers in Phil and Nova.

The children learn about ethical actions by partnering up with a community conservation group dedicated to planting tree species that are resilient in the face of climate change. Today their lovely exhibition raised funds to continue their work.

Our Early Years team really know how to elevate children's beautiful work, creating an exhibition that celebrates their outdoor learning, risky play, love of books and art. 1/2

All over Belgium there are random sculptures that you just happen across on a walk or bike ride. Just there, in the middle of a field.

The Animagic app is just brilliant. It animates children's drawings and makes them run, skip, dance across the screen, bringing them to life. We had great fun yesterday watching our movies that brought our Y1 children's stories and characters to life.

Cold and misty but ethereally beautiful in the park today. An afternoon by a roaring log fire afterwards was called for.

I loved it - first picture 2010 - that's a canal we're walking next to. You couldn't really tell where it was. The second picture was 2018 but only lasted a few days.

Safe to say, Y3’s Dinosaur Island production was a huge success today! They created the plot, characters, song lyrics and most of the costumes and it was beautifully bonkers.
