I had the same message. I called Apple Support using the number on the website instead of the one in the email. They confirmed it is a scam.

Not me. ACA tax credit are fundamental to our family finances. Dick Durbin betrayed Illinois voters by voting yes to cloture. Easy for him since he’s retiring while the rest of us suffer without lifetime healthcare like he gets. Total waste of time if you cave to the bully.
