Hard agree with this approach to CPD. Sustainable motivation and improvement rarely comes from listening to external speakers but from work in teams to discuss, plan, co-construct and sense-make.
The best buy in is people working on what to do together in their teams and feeling they have led that change. More likely to land in their classroom and stick
