I never leave anything on the plate unless it's a rare occasion where I am actually full and simply can't eat it. Food left on a plate is a waste, and I have an aversion to that.

I used to drink socially in my teens and 20s. I lost the taste for it about when I turned 30. Preferred being clear-headed, I guess. I may have one or two drinks a year.
