Lesson Learned (Continued): 1) Be Obvious - If you are loud, visible, and obvious then vulnerable people will stay away from the area. 2) Be Obnoxious - If you are loud, visible, and annoying then ICE is likely to leave the area and fail at their abduction.

11/14 Lesson Learned: We failed to prevent an abduction. We knew ICE was sitting watching an area, so we sat behind them on the side of the road and honked some. We should have gotten out in vests, whistled, and made it very obvious. The target returned home, ICE smashed his windows, and took him.

(2of2) 11/15: Combat the Diversion: ICE needs to sit and watch locations for specific targets. Chasing vehicles, especially on highways, has poor results. If they're trying to pull you from an area, send one follow while the rest increase patrols of the area.

11/15: Witnessed ICE Diversion Tactic: ICE goes somewhere they know they'll be watched. They as many bystanders riled up as possible. Then drive away from the scene taking the bystanders with them. Nearby, another vehicle targets an immigrant with less bystanders in the area able to respond. (1of2)

1/15 @ 1818: Multiple ICE observers (citizens following and filming but obeying laws) are reporting that they are receiving threatening Facebook messages and phone calls saying their plates were run and not to mess with ICE.
