Thanks. Separate from utilities there was a podcast with Steve Eisman interviewing an analyst at MoffitNathanson who commented there is more data center construction in private markets than public markets. How this debt financing gets sliced, diced and siphoned off will be interesting.

I'm late in seeing this but I have similar concern about same. PBS newshour and NPR both did some pieces about this. Leases, financing of energy, infrastructure, data centers, etc.
