We also got a Lindt calendar, and always enjoy it.
However, the day numbers get smaller every year, so I use a Sharpie, and write a large number on each door!

It's a lovely area! We had a cottage just past the Quebec border, and spent lots of time on Hwy 2. Many enjoyable weekend trips to Montreal/Ottawa too.

There's lots of traffic at the Detroit/Windsor border crossing. Maybe the Canadian visitors spread the word! And at least you know how to say "euchre"!
