This thing that didn’t happen helped me misunderstand something better

Yes he uses all caps a lot but that’s easy. Any unhinged psychopath can hit caps lock. My guess is that he wants special formatting here and he can’t use bold or italics so he resorts to first letter caps. This probably drives him insane that he can’t make these words red, bold, and 48 pt font.

In his post he had to consciously make the decision to write "Country” instead of "country" so what made that decision happen? I may be the only human being who is curious about this, I get that.

Philly DA Larry Krasner has the right idea here, I think: "If we have to hunt you down the way they hunted down Nazis for decades, we will find your identities. We will find you." It might be less about getting results than putting the target out there.
