You're telling me that because my phone died in the last 3 minutes of the timer, even though I plugged it in and got it back on immediately, that I have to go through ANOTHER delay. JUST to sign out of my account.

They JUST called me, 9 months later, telling me insurance requires pre-authorization for it.
