I was in bed for 12 hours but only slept 8.5 or 9.5 depending on how you read it. I took my sleepy meds around 10pm and it took 4 hours for them to kick in.
This is part of why I can't work since long covid. I can't get normal sleep by a long shot.

I went to open play volleyball tonight. There were plenty of folks and I played a lot. I'm super beat up but in a good workout type of way. At one point I took a beer (shown) break 😊
A little gossip: we played at first with 3 gals who were decent but went for every ball and set

I haven't worn a wedding ring or any jewelry I'm a long time. I've decided I want to get a rope chain and I got this cool fidget ring - the center part spins. Not expensive at all but it's me. My wife likes it also and helped me pick it out.

Bradley (dog pictured) is home. We have to give him a lot of pills but he hates taking pills so that's gonna suck. We have to apply cold compresses and massage his leg.
We have doctor appts and shows the next few days so we have to leave him alone

This morning we dropped our Bradley (dog, pictured) off for surgery to fix his back left knee. They're also going to clean his teeth and pull any more needed (his teeth are kind of bad). I'll be anxious until they report everything went well.

I helped my wife vend this weekend and she couldn't fit her tubbies on the cart she uses. After I dropped her at the show I envisaged a shelf atop the cart, sketched it, made a parts list, got the parts at home depot, and built it to use at pick up. Simple but I'm still pretty proud of myself.

My dog Bradley (pictured) has been limping since yesterday, now putting weight on his back left leg. We're hoping it it just a sprain or something and goes away, but soon we'll have to take him to the vet and hope it's not a knee surgery. 😕

Despite using beefy 5 inch eye hooks rated for 400lbs and drilling into studs I'm still nervous about this.
I don't have a machine so I hope to use these bands over my head to strengthen arms / chest and waist level for my core.
