No it's not because it's mandated to serve everyone, which is naturally going to be in tension with being self-sufficient, and is why Amazon uses USPS for last mile deliveries in the first place.

Yes, but there is a fundamental difference. It has a dual mandate in that it's supposed to do that *while also being forced to serve everyone even where it's not profitable*. The second part makes it a public service, even if you're doing propoganda for assholes.

Additionally, it's disconnected from the assignment in another way. It wasn't written to pursue truth or defend a position or anything else towards gaining a credential. It was written specifically to give the student a pretext to cry to TPUSA and get famous.

I understand 2 even less. She clearly didn't read the assigned article that she was supposed to be reacting to, and therefore did not dissect it or reflect on it in any way. She basically doesn't mention it! It couldn't be more disconnected from the assignment, also she called the grader a demon.

It basically boils down to one of two arguments.
1) It's not zero points because it took more than zero effort. I'm baffled by this because an essay has to have something to say worth saying to get any credit.
2) It's not completely disconnected from the prompt so it can't be zero.

This is the biggest reason we need to abolish the filibuster. It's existence blinds people to the things Republicans actually want to do.

Leagues have their own rules to handle this stuff! Lia Thomas had to swim as a male for a year while on HRT! Her winning times as a female were nothing special as far as average champion times go. You're trying to solve a problem that doesn't exist!
