We frequently make the trip to Chicago from Cleveland. That stretch of the IN Turnpike is an absolute shambles. Miles of cones with no work taking place, miserable service plazas, and the stuff they've "fixed" is already falling apart.

I've been to a few (3?) pickathons back in the day, and they were really fun. Friends and family have a long tradition of going, but recently the farm has gotten smaller, the area more built up, and the vibe has shifted (I hear). I wish them well, though, my memories are fond.
