We extruded the clay. They have various shapes to extrude through, but no small squares - so we 3D printed our own square "die" to extrude through!

I love the frog, but used round strands. Gave a hexagonal finish for the pixels - it has its own charm as a result, but I was desperate for a "clean" finish. Lining rows up was mega tricky, so some of the outline is "broken" - but we made some cool magnets out of another early (wobblier) attempt!

We've been playing with clay - creating pixelart tiles using a nerikomi style technique. Has been a learning process, but I think our results are getting pretty clean now!

You'll see we're actually liberal with scrapers - the restrictions we put in place are to prevent looping content repeatedly. If they followed this, it would save THEM time and money, and use less of our server resources.

With a solid path to tSR's relaunch, I'm winding down expanding my personal tools. Now I'll refine them ready for distribution. They'll be kept separate from the Spriters Resource website so I can easily maintain them.

I'll be adding a way to donate directly to support me and their development too!

My lossless retro game library idea made progress. Previously, one would record a 1x size emulator window in a modified OBS as AVI (over a gb per couple minutes footage) then convert to a VP9 codec webm file to reduce size.

I made a screen capture application that now records direct to VP9 webm!

- A sprite sheet creator / extractor / organizer
- A GIF / Twitch Emote / tSR Icon creator
- An audio analyzer for SFX
- A complete 3D model editor for converting and modifying GLB model files...

Another day and I'm on it with my bullshit again. This time, I've begun work on a tool to automate fixing GLB model previews for the new Models Resource. The application calculates whether a material should have transparency across all textures in a single button...

Will save weeks of work!

Been working on a couple webapps alongside the new Spriters Resource.

A "Sprite Sheet Creator" and a "Sprite Sheet Splitter".

Both are massive WIP, likely won't be public for a while, but if you have feature suggestions, please throw them my way. Both run in a browser, work as a webpage & offline!
