Doc put me on new medications. Mounjaro and Synjardy. The last time I was on a glp1(Trulicity) I was fucking miserable with nausea. Hasn't quiet been a week on Mounjaro and goddamn my appetite is next to gone. some nasuea but not as bad as trulicity.

Really been stressed out and at the end of my rope as of late. I fight off the dark thoughts but they seem relentless. Constantly putting on a happy face so people don't get angry with me is exhausting. I am honestly not built for this.

I have a doctor's appointment Thursday and I'm terrified. The last doctor's appointment I had a nurse accuse me of not taking my medicine. I was taking my medicine but I wasn't exercising(LOL DEPRESSION) so now I'm sitting here afraid that all my progress is going to be "taken" away from me.
