I think he was having some sort of episode actually and was talking about ending his own life before he deactivated.

Don’t know him personally but hopefully he reached out to someone he knows and they’ve been kinder than some of the posts I’ve seen about him this morning 👍

My mrs went to one of the ‘official’ YP events near us and it was just 15 SWP/SUTR people there with a handful of non members. The SWP guy leading the meeting invited people to be on the local steering committee by choosing people he knew by name from the party. Very good stuff.

Yep appreciate they are a very committed, vocal and organised bunch of bigots so it’s not easy to get rid of them. That’s why I had high hopes for Your Party to keep them out from the ground floor, but obviously that was wishful thinking!

I don’t think the Greens are in the clear with transphobia either tbh. There’s going to be a terf stall at their conference next month.
