God I wish they kept the alternate Phasma death scene from TLJ. I love the idea that even if the stormtroopers are against him, they all know that FN-2187 isn't a liar and if he says Phasma betrayed the First Order, they know she did. They were trained to be loyal by someone who isn't.

Something I really liked about the First Order is they took all the worst aspects of the Empire and the Republic and twisted them into something even more evil. They kidnapped children, their walkers look like monsters, etc. Even the good parts, like clone training, was twisted into brainwashing.

Star Wars has always been a variety of genres. The main saga is definitely still a fantasy fairy tale, but side stories like Rogue One and Solo are war and adventure films respectively. The Mandalorian is a western.

Star Wars Outlaws was so good. It wasn't perfect but for a good Star Wars story that lets you play an outlaw and freely explore Tatooine and Kijimi, it was very good.
