I really am so happy with this turkey. Juicy with a crisp skin. I do an herb butter I whip up and spread between the skin and meat, all over the skin, and in the pan. Then I lay it on and stuff it with lemon, onion, pear, apple, and sprigs of sage, rosemary, and thyme. Black pepper and salted

Our two had an odd cooking experience with some sugary, buttery juice leaking out and maybe even a slight flame on the bottom of the oven. Whoops!! They turned out well anyways. Maybe missing a little color but the smell is phenomenal
