Cured optimist but still hopeful.
Seemingly incurable night owl.
Music, films, books, dogs, nature.
Politics & football in the ‘steady now’ box.
No meat.

Too many of the voters who do exist want the impossible; lower taxes and higher investment in public services.

Puzzled Brit here. Pumpkin pie is something I’ve never tasted, or even seen, but it sounds ….. unappetising.
What’s in it - pumpkin(?) & ….. anything else?
Does anything accompany it?

This is what happens when a party is dependent on a personality cult; the dear leader has to be indulged and supported even when everyone else can see the emperor has no clothes.

Or in this case has lost his mind.

Haven’t seen Sky News but Mason could barely contain himself on BBC News, even putting himself in the story.
Just a hunch but I suspect almost nobody outside the Westminster gossip bubble is remotely bothered about this aspect and will have forgotten it before the weekend.

Does he drink or drug or something? He seems to spend a lot of time putting shite on social media.
Didn’t realise being “leader of the free world” was such an easy job.

Brilliant.

Speaks volumes.
Another reason why Gibb should be out the door.
Mason’s a tabloid gossip monger, not a political analyst.

“Lethargic” is too kind.

Getting very hard not to despair of this country.

“Jolly meets” says it all.

Stuck in the 19th century.

Bit risky, wanting a bride who’s handy with a shotgun.
Has he never seen Kind Hearts And Coronets?

Loved this. Collected the badges, the bubble gum cards & my toy Napoleon Solo gun was so cool.
Where did they go!?

Pink String is unusual in having no particularly sympathetic characters. Cracking period melodrama.

Discovered it’s no longer on the BFI stream but is on Prime.
Another horror classic, Carnival of Souls, is also on there.

Then I suspect you’re exceptional.
I know I enjoy hearing my team praised but really dislike the negativity when things go badly - & as a Man United supporter there’s been a lot of that to endure!
It’s a natural reaction.
