Excellent. Love the texture. Sometimes, a masterpiece can emerge from what was thought to be rubble.

A chikadee snow flurry. Lovely work and timing.

I could never understand presidential immunity or the DoJs guidelines to not charge or prosecute a sitting president. That in itself is unconstitutional and makes a POTUS a king long before this MAGA SCOTUS was ever installed. And that goes for any president of any party.

We have a convicted felon POTUS pardoning convicted criminals. How is history going to explain this away, and how can this possibly be a positive example for children to aspire to?

"You see, Johnny! Crime really does pay, after all!"

I've been to a Starbucks once in my life. It was overpriced and the coffee was mediocre at best. I don't understand the obsession or the logic of paying for overpriced mediocre coffee. I make better coffee at home for a fraction of the cost.

It doesn't. They make the excuse it's against their religious beliefs, and they don't want their children exposed to it. Meanwhile, they elected, support an adulterous rapist convicted felon pedophile. I don't hear them complaining about that or taking that to court. Fucking hypocrites all of them!

People WERE suffering. Lost jobs, lost income, air travel safety, lost SNAP benefits, etc. It would be nice if we could always get exactly what we wanted. Unfortunately, life doesn't work that way, does it? Neither does the government. It's about compromise.
November 10, 2025 at 2:50 PM
Nice! I wish the fuck these people would just learn to Live & Let Live. These fucking hypocritical Christian Republicans who want government and everyone else to stay out of their lives are doing exactly the opposite trying to control others lives telling them how they should live and love!

It's ridiculous. When is it going to stop?! My dad would tell me as a boy that when I retired, I'd have to be a millionaire to survive. He was almost right.

I have neighbors. It's a proper little lakeside community with a VFD, HOA, community center, country store. About 100 units, but they're spread out. I live on the last road with a lot of open land behind me about 20 minutes from town. I prefer solitude. It's a nice compromise. Perfect for an artist.

It was a blast. It's been my dream to have an art festival and I finally made it happen. That property was trashed when I bought this house and my Lots. They weren't ready to sell it, but they let me clean it up and use it. They finally sold it to me. Now it's a perfect venue for chilling & events.

Thanks, man. It's kind of scraggly this time of year, but springtime it's lush and full of wild flowers.

I had a first annual Roots & Rock Art Festival in The Magic Forest, a small oak grove on my property.

Check it out.

Sober was my first Tool experience and got me hooked. They were so fucking good. I read their last tour didn't go so well and got sued by attendees. Fear Inuculum is a masterpiece.

Yep. My sympathy ends at the White House.

There's an even cheaper form of weight-loss. It's called a Lifestyle Change.

I'm sympathetic to genetic, hormonal & physical limitations for obesity, but the main cause in the US is eating too many calories & not enough exercise.

Instead of taking another drug, maybe less Big Macs & more walks.
