The new AI models coming out are significantly more smarter (IQ 130) and efficient, so the data centres are a massive over capacity. There will be a big market correction but not complete deflation. Next 1-3 yrs pivotal as job losses ramp up with big societal implications.

But I agree with you, this is not a black hat white hat thing. The histories of the European & US empires are horrific & evil. China’s history is bloody but much less beyond its territory. Canada tortured 1st Nations kids into the 1980s. US “shared values” & trade narrative is revolting

Not really. About 20-25% will reliably vote conservative regardless who the leader is (tribal nature of humans). PP only needs 40-45% to win a majority in our flawed voting system. Hence his pandering to the bottom feeders & those that never vote. Top this up with “it’s time for a change” voters

The head of the an auto industry consortium that’s pushing for autonomous vehicles said in a meeting I was in - it stalled when the cars started killing people and he wished the US was more like China where a fatalities was “taking one for the team”. I wish I recorded it

Electric cars are a transition, not viable to convert en mass (rebuild every bridge, many roads, and our power grid). Hydrogen fuel cells are only logical solution. Japan is doing it. This could be a pivot point for our auto industry but they are dinosaurs

Finland has this approach but more enhanced. Free courses are available all the time covering everything from military, survival, medical, etc. They are popular but a side effect is it mixes people from all regions and walks of life building strong social cohesion.

In a recent war game they were the only plane that defeated f-35s. Tracked them by heat signature while leaving their own radars off, so F-35s didn’t see them.

Sweden knew it could only afford to build 1 jet and had to get it right. US contractors design cost over runs and maintenance into the project. I worked for 1 year in aerospace manufacturing where this was explained to me.

They have been training together and tight knit since the 50s. If USA attacked I’m not convinced our airforce would even fight them. Did you know during the Cuban missile crisis our military ignored the PMs order to stand down. They followed the USAs lead.

I hope but am doubtful. She used language suggesting LM could win if they sweetened the f-35 deal, so we may just be using the Swedes for leverage. If that turns out to be the case, I’ll be happy if this minority govt is brought down
