neighbour who took on big ginger cat Iggy has had an allergic reaction so bad he ended up at the Royal Free Hospital...rather than trying to find someone to take him the guy has two air purifiers running and is sorting out a special anallergenic diet for the cat because it's his special mate now 🥲

just watched The Brood, never seen this but as a fan of Cronenberg it had to be done and it did not disappoint...a dark psychological body horror with a perfect classical style score, a great cast (look out for Robert A Silverman, he's great!) and a wonderfully nasty denouement, 4 out of 5 📽🎥

the Continental Classic still delivering excellent graps, good trios match with The Elite rolling back the years, decent but short eight women tag...the less said about the too long men's promo the better...Hayter and Dawn was fine...justified bullshit chants at the end of men's tag #AEWDynamite 🤼‍♂️🤼‍♀️

they're the dull, uninteresting middle managers we've all suffered that speak in ways you never hear anywhere else, never looking beyond doing things the way they've always been done because deep down they're petrified of losing their position to more innovative people
Genuine question why are Starmer & Reeves SO unpopular?

bone boy has also brought in several pieces of foam and a feather today, the dogcat energy is real
Warren just came in with an enormous bone in his mouth and dropped it at my feet. This is the second bone, and he’s also brought in a kid’s bath toy. Good boy, dogcat.

top to bottom excellent edition of #AEWDynamite - we got the correct inaugural women's tag team champions in The Babes of Wrath, two brilliant C2 matches (Fletcher and Bailey a clear MOTN) great tornado tag, and very finely paced main between the Mad King and Joe...MORE! 🤼‍♂️🤼‍♀️

rewatching Casino and the scene where Sam chucks Ginger out might be one of the greatest cinematic arguments of all time, De Niro and Stone are fucking tremendous for those two minutes (they are for the whole film but phew, it's like you're there!)

Letting third-place teams through threatens to make the World Cup more like this CL, with more games of lower stakes

But there's an easy solution: have the eight best group winners go straight through to the last 16, with a play-off round in between
