If I'm reading this right, this maps cleanly to one of my favorite combinatorics tricks: counting the power set (subsets of a set). Basically all binary strings of length n count up to 2^{n}-1 and each binary string represents a subset of the set (element of the powerset).

Interesting, I didn't know accounts where being unverified. City of Calgary (for example) seems legitimate and active. It would be annoying if you lost it automatically if you changed your username/avatar.

It is a what bluesky calls a "labeler". Bluesky has built in support but you have to subscribe to individual labelers manually. Here is the one used in the screenshot: bsky.app/profile/did:...

FWIW I don't think its Epstein in particular. It appears they made some changes a few weeks back which broke the trending tracker.
