found this out not too long ago, the combination's just changed to a standard hadoken input but pressing A and B at the same time. pretty simple, I'm perfectly okay with this change knowing this now.
also am I missing something or is there not an easier way to perform Ryu's Shakunetsu? I can only perform it after letting Down Taunt play a slight bit and then pressing B which feels really awkward to me.
again I'm not sure why they'd change this from how it was in REMIX, it was fine imo.

is there a good tool out there for bulk converting NES2.0 header ROMs to iNES headers?
played a bit with my PowerPak today and saw some games just didn't load due to a "bad header error" and I really don't want to look into replacing headers manually for each file I have
