Technically (speaking as someone with a traditional print working background) that’s not technically a moire - it’s just the visible dots and angles due to low resolution and (probably) gravure printing…..
But - well done for your retouching quality !

I worked with producer Hugh Jones once, he was engineer on Kings - he said Adam was quiet during the day whilst the band recorded stuff, then waited for them to go home before he changed it all and took it in a different direction each night until his vision won them over.
