It has been now 3 1/2 months since OpenAI demo'd GPT5 fixing a bug in their own repository. They said they are going to merge it right after the presentation is over. They still haven't and now also resorted to locking down the thread to only contributors.

Travelling with Deutsche Bahn is always something new. I had everything as reasons for delays, floods, damaged trains/tracks, bomb-defusals, no train-driver, evacuation of stranded trains, hurricanes, all of it. But we never had to stop because there was a gas leak ahead on the road.

At this point if a company asks me to do an interview with an AI for a job I am just going to decline directly. I don't want to waste an hour or more of my day talking into the room with nobody on the other side. You can't build a connection, ask questions or get to know the person or company.

Not so fun fact: The country Tuvalu has a highest elevation of 2m and will be 50% flooded by 2050 due to global warming. It also holds the domain .tv, making it incredibly interesting for websites such as Twitch. Now the question is, if the country ceases to exist, what will happen do that domain?
