Arrrgghh… this map pushes all my buttons. I’m confident they mean “average” not “normal”. Living in a place where it is normal for weather to vary greatly, the substitution of ‘normal’ really irks me.

Road calming measures *do* work. A number were recently installed in my neighbourhood, including a number of school zones, and they have reduced speeding very significantly. But most *drivers* don’t like them because they make drivers “feel” less safe (which is how they work) […]
