the X-ray took less than 5 mins. The calling and waiting for the appointment was so disproportionate to the actual procedure.

I know a few that wear tubes long term. But running while wearing a tubed cage is a different matter. I think it's wishful thinking. And need someone to tell me not to do it.

I like the idea of always knowing it's there. With regular cages, I forget about it most of the time.

I believe it's stainless steel but i bought it years ago. So can't say with 100% certainty
