I've tried them, and prefer not to use them.

So far we've only dabbled.

No. Typically the output isnt suitable, or too generic (for creative tasks like marketing)

The most frustrating thing is when I'm asked to try it again.

My workflow now has a pre written list of reasons against it.

I did still need an escape hatch for the quotes to be removed, otherwise it matched the pattern with AND without the quotes.
