It's both Enbridge & IESO combined. It's nice that appliances are eligible for anyone connected to the electrical grid in Ontario, like in apartment buildings, not just single family homes.

When following the links from the Home Renovation Savings page, the Energy Star list is pre-filtered for Canada (under Markets in Filter Your Results). Any item in the list qualifies for Ontario. You can ignore the zip code filter.

This is an incredibly well-made video using Toronto as an example of how not to do surface rail transit. I learned several things despite living here for decades.

And yes, it really is that bad.

A worker (crossing guard) was killed on the job at his worksite (road intersection, municipal infrastructure designed by a professional engineer). It should not be any different than an indoor workplace.
If this was a worksite [it is a worksite], provincial authorities would close it until an investigation was completed and corrective actions implemented.

Also a great deal of the traffic is rideshare vehicles. Hard to compare against taxicabs pre-rideshare. It's certainly less convenient now: I used to be able to leave my building, sick out my arm and grab a cab in under 2 minutes.
