I am not completely avoiding animal meat, but this is only in small amounts
I do regularly consume egg whites 2 at breakfast Th,Fr,Sa
I have found this useful to avoid protein deficiency
Saturated fat is strictly limited
Breakfast normally is a few berries & nuts, then start eating at 11-17:30✌️

Yes history teaches that ppl can leverage their worth even in defeat, Von Braun is a case in point, true Jensen is safe in America, that is the problem of the Taiwanese. I suspect not all Taiwanese will be able to escape as you hope even if they wanted to leave, Churchill vs Chamberlain🇹🇼

Yes, until China grabs it, then the chips get much cheaper
No question this is absolutely in Jensen’s financial interest, but Taiwan(TSMC) has to consider their options, maybe they already have given up & know their future is a part of China, correct their skin in the game, their call✌️
